Who we are
BetterPrice.ae is operated by Torontech Trading LLC. Our showroom is at Computer Plaza (Al Ain Center), Ground Floor, Showroom G20, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “Torontech 3” identifies our third branch.

Information we collect
When you place an order, create a store account or contact us, we collect the information you provide for that interaction. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, account details and correspondence about enquiries, delivery, returns or refunds. You can also checkout as a guest.
Our store platform uses cookies and similar technology to operate the website and collect information about visits, such as browser or device information, pages viewed and approximate country. See “Cookies and website statistics” below.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents by email or WhatsApp.
How we use information
We use customer information to receive and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, maintain store accounts, answer enquiries, handle returns and refunds, and keep order and business records. We also use relevant technical information to operate and troubleshoot the store, understand website use and help prevent misuse.
We contact customers about their orders, enquiries and related service matters. We do not currently send promotional emails, SMS messages or WhatsApp messages. Any future promotional programme would require an updated notice and any consent required by applicable law.
Who receives information
Our website runs on Zoho Commerce, which processes store information to provide its ecommerce service. Information needed to fulfil an order may also be shared with the delivery service handling that order. For example, a courier needs the recipient’s name, telephone number, delivery address and relevant delivery instructions.
Relevant information may be provided to professional advisers or authorities when necessary for legal, accounting or regulatory obligations or to address a dispute. We limit sharing to information relevant to the purpose.
Cash on delivery is the payment method currently configured in our online store. If you choose an external contact service, such as WhatsApp, that service also processes information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and website statistics
Zoho Commerce uses cookies for functions such as the shopping cart, store sessions, security and website statistics. Details of Zoho Commerce’s cookie categories are available in the Zoho Commerce Cookie Policy.
Our store displays a cookie notice with accept and decline choices and a cookie-policy link. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect features such as the shopping cart or account sessions.
Storage, retention and security
Customer information is held in the systems used to run our store and handle customer communications. We retain information for the purposes described above, including completing orders, providing support, resolving disputes and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason it is needed; a request to delete information may not override a legal obligation to keep it.
Information processed by a service provider may be handled outside the UAE. Zoho describes its processing practices in its Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need information about the providers involved in your order or the handling of your information.
We limit access to customer information to people who need it for their work. No website or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy requests
Contact sales@betterprice.ae to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights available under applicable UAE data-protection law. If processing depends on your consent, you may ask to withdraw that consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents us from completing a request in full.
