Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days for products that are unopened and unused, with the original seal intact.
Returns are not accepted if the seal is broken.
Return methods
Eligible products can be returned in store or by mail. Customers arrange their own return shipment.
Restocking fees and refunds
There is no restocking fee. Refunds take 3–7 days.
